Welcome to KAIR QR, a product owned and operated by AROLYF PRIVATE LIMITED.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KAIR QR website, Progressive Web App (PWA), services, and Emergency SOS QR platform.

By registering for or using KAIR QR, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Company refers to AROLYF PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Product refers to KAIR QR – Emergency SOS QR System.
• User means any individual registering or using the KAIR QR platform.
• Emergency Contact means the person nominated by the User to receive SOS notifications.
• Services include the website, PWA, QR Code generation, emergency profile, SOS alerts, GPS location sharing, and related services.

3. Eligibility

To use KAIR QR, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age; or
• Use the service under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. User Registration

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities performed through their account.
• Notify us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

5. Emergency QR Code

Upon successful registration and payment, KAIR QR will generate a unique Emergency QR Code linked to your profile.

The QR Code is intended solely for emergency identification and assistance.

Users are responsible for protecting and using their QR Code appropriately.

6. Emergency SOS Service

When the SOS button is activated:

• Your current GPS location may be captured.
• A Google Maps location link may be generated.
• An SMS alert may be sent to your registered emergency contact(s).

The effectiveness of this service depends on:

• Mobile network availability.
• GPS accuracy.
• SMS gateway availability.
• Device permissions.

AROLYF PRIVATE LIMITED cannot guarantee successful delivery in every situation.

7. Medical Information

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• Medical details are accurate.
• Blood group information is correct.
• Emergency contact numbers remain updated.

The Company is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or outdated information provided by the user.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When a QR Code is scanned, only emergency-related information is displayed.

Sensitive personal information, including mobile number, email address, residential address, and emergency contacts, remains confidential.

9. Payments

• Registration fees are payable as displayed on the platform.
• Payments are processed through authorized payment gateway providers.
• Prices may change without prior notice for future registrations.
• All applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Registration fees are non-refundable once the QR Code has been generated.
• Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Payment gateway charges may not be refundable.

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform.
• Provide false information.
• Use another person's identity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Interfere with system security.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in KAIR QR, including:

• Software
• Logo
• Website
• QR Technology
• Source Code
• Graphics
• Content
• Trademarks

remain the exclusive property of AROLYF PRIVATE LIMITED.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Server upgrades
• Internet failures
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

14. Limitation of Liability

KAIR QR is designed as an emergency assistance tool and should not be considered a substitute for emergency services.

AROLYF PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Failure of emergency contacts to respond.
• GPS inaccuracies.
• Mobile network failures.
• SMS delivery failures.
• Delays caused by third-party providers.
• Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Users should always contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.

15. Third-Party Services

KAIR QR integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Maps
• SMS Gateway Providers
• Payment Gateway Providers
• Cloud Hosting Providers

The Company is not responsible for interruptions or failures of third-party services.

16. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

• False information is provided.
• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
• Misuse of the platform is identified.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
